International food trucks will keep you nourished for lunch.
The Seagulls Lot 2 will be serving non-chilli food. Vegan and Vegetarian options abound.
There will be cheeky chilli goodies in all forms.
Be the star of your next BBQ. Sample and Shop 100’s of chilli sauces, chilli condiments, jerky, jams & fresh chilli. Buy chilli plants, seeds, jewellery and novelties. Lots of non-chilli foods and products too, so don't be scared! We celebrate flavour & fire and most of use chilli as a condiment, not the main attraction. Our awesome vendors will teach you where and how best to use their products, making your life easier.
Kids are well looked after with icy pole eating comps and Dash4Cash, free samples, Lucky Dips, face painting and more.
Big kids entertainment including live music and chilli eating challenges. Pet-friendly, family-friendly.
